Harry Koutsioufitis

MC for the Event.
Harry, a Physiotherapy graduate (1997), has extensive experience across public and private sectors. After earning a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration, he advanced through Healthscope, managing multiple sites. He became General Manager of Dorset Rehabilitation Centre in 2009, then led North Eastern and The Victorian Rehabilitation Centres, overseeing all three by 2019. In 2023, he transitioned to mental health as General Manager at The Victoria Clinic Prahran

Dr. Ferghal Armstrong is a highly respected specialist in addiction medicine with extensive experience across various disciplines. As a Fellow of the Australasian Chapter of Addiction Medicine (FAChAM) and the Australasian Society of Lifestyle Medicine (ASLM), as well as a Medication-Assisted Treatment for Opioid Dependence (MATOD) trainer.

Dr. Ferghal Armstrong is a highly respected specialist in addiction medicine with extensive experience across various disciplines. As a Fellow of the Australasian Chapter of Addiction Medicine (FAChAM) and the Australasian Society of Lifestyle Medicine (ASLM), as well as a Medication-Assisted Treatment for Opioid Dependence (MATOD) trainer.

Dr Richard Bradlow

Dr. Richard Bradlow is a psychiatrist specialising in addiction, neuropsychiatry, gender and sexual diversity, and general adult psychiatry.

Rich earned his medical degree from Monash University and trained in psychiatry in Sydney and Melbourne. He advanced his expertise in addiction at Turning Point, Victoria’s Statewide Specialist Service. Currently, he practices privately at TVC, publicly at Austin Health, and lectures at Monash University.
