Dr Richard Bradlow

Dr. Richard Bradlow is a psychiatrist specialising in addiction, neuropsychiatry, gender and sexual diversity, and general adult psychiatry.

He advanced his expertise in addiction at Turning Point, Victoria’s Statewide Specialist Service. Currently, he practices privately at TVC, publicly at Austin Health, and lectures at Monash University.

Rich holds a master's degree in psychiatry from the University of Sydney, a master's in addiction from King’s College London, and is pursuing a PhD in neuropsychiatry at Melbourne University.

Emma Mackley

Emma Mackley is a dedicated Registered Nurse specialising in Addiction. Currently, she serves as a Step Thru AOD Nurse and a Rural

Addiction Pharmacotherapy Nurse in regional Victoria. Emma began her career as a general registered nurse after studying at Deakin University, later choosing to focus her expertise on Addiction Nursing to make a meaningful impact in her community.

Cameron Cail

Cameron Cail is a Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years specialty experience in Alcohol & Other Drugs (AOD)/Addiction. Employed in both public and

private sectors within; primary care, community health, hospitals, prisons, youth services, detox facilities and rehabilitation programs. Working

with all illicit and licit substances, experienced in every AOD facet.
He is also recently credentialed as a Mental Health Nurse to better assist those with both substance use and mental health issues.
